FAA senior Aviation Medical Examiner providing all medical classes of exams
Dr Mark Ptacek has been doing Airman physicals for over 25 years and is a senior Medical examiner and does all Classes of airman Physicals. He was previously at Deadwood and Sturgis and now is located at Piedmont. You can schedule on line (see the second page of this website) or call 402.340.0906 to schedule. The move to Piedmont will open up more days and be more convenient for the area pilots.

Dr. Ptacek is a pilot with several thousand hours of flight time.. He built an RV 10 and an RV 7 experimental aircraft that he is currently flying and continues performing updates and annual maintenance on both. He and his family love to camp at EAA Airventure Oshkosh and have flown both planes there many times.
